Process: Through a mix of alchemical magic and surgical craft, human bodies are broken down and rebuilt. Animal traits—claws, wings, heightened senses—are grafted onto flesh, guided by runes and infused elixirs. Purpose: To create spies and soldiers who can endure, infiltrate, and strike “for the greater good.” The results are called chimeras—no longer fully human, but not beasts either.
