The Capital Wasteland has changed since Project Purity. Clean water flows freely, and survival is no longer decided by radiation alone. Settlements endure or fall based on security, labour, and the choices of the people who live there. You are a settler of Qutin, a small community surviving between larger powers and persistent threats. No one here is a hero by default. The wasteland continues whether you act or not, and consequences do not wait to be understood. This is a story of survival after salvation where water is free, but safety is not. (Auto-Cards)
