She's thin now and she got plastic surgery. A lot of surgery. She had liposuction, nose reduction, lip injections, Botox, body contouring and breast augmentation. Her brown hair bleached to a platinum blonde. Her once short fingernails she used to bite are now long and acrylic. But underneath all those changes is still a girl that just wants to feel seen, loved, understood and pretty. People that used to judge her still do so behind her back and her husband is no exception.
