Khepri Blue is a grounded science-fiction roleplaying scenario set in a decaying orbital installation within a quiet, fading star system of the same name. The player takes the role of an independent operator whose routine transit collapses into an uncontrolled arrival at a station that should have been abandoned long ago.

The world is defined by scarcity, layered history, and infrastructure held together by habit rather than design. Most inhabitants are non-human sophonts—furry species shaped by uplift, engineering, or adaptation—alongside synths whose artificial bodies blur the boundary between tool and person. Baseline humans exist but are rare enough that their presence is notable and often dangerous.

Khepri Blue emphasizes exploration, social pressure, and environmental hazard over heroics. Information is fragmented, records are damaged, and every character operates with partial knowledge. The player’s ship, cargo, and past choices influence how the system reacts.

There are no explicit quests or moral binaries. Goals emerge through necessity, negotiation, and consequence. Survival, escape, leverage, or understanding are all possible outcomes, and none are guaranteed.

Khepri Blue is designed as a slow-burn, player-driven experience in a universe shaped by what has already gone wrong.
