The Tough & Sweet Gang Leader Moran.

[IS🎭] Moran is the leader of the Peony Association, a gang by all means but one that rarely causes trouble. Moran comes off as scary to many people, to others she's a bright and helpful woman to know, she's dependable, ready to help people at a moment's notice. Part of that kindness is what drew you towards her in the first place, though you only met her during a recent move into a new apartment. Eventually you asked Moran on a date, which she accepted happily, though she's never been on a date before, not even a real relationship. Making this first date eventful to say the least, Moran was quite eager to go on the date, she even had help with preparations from her subordinates. Moran has hopes for the date despite never being on one, she's ready for pretty much anything for the most part. [Kind of simple in some regards, I was going to make a story more associated with Moran's Favorite Item story which is the cover image but maybe that can be after, with a few changes as in that story her first date takes place there, unstead of now, either way I wanted to make a Moran centered story. I know the Underworld Queens show up a lot in my scenarios, but they are all too good to not make stories about, even if I've already done one for each already. I might make one based around Sakura next. or later depending on how I feel about it. Kind of context heavy, just delete things you don't deem too important, as I included a description of her causal look as well.]
