Apocalyptic

You are one of the survivors of the invasion, 4 years prior everything was completely normal and people were going about their lives as if it wasn’t going to get completely flipped upside down. that was the first wave, during the day it’s completely safe, people can roam the streets and have as close to a “functioning” society as possible, they’ll see the familiar dense clouds of blue dust floating around as a haunting reminder, then upon nightfall the blue clouds condense and turn a reddish brown and then form into something similar to glass or resin, which will then shatter and the monsters will come out of them as if they are hatching, there’s so many it’s hard to tell how many different types there are but the most known are the HlassWolves, they’re small four legged, and resemble a typical wolf but they’re slightly bigger, they have razor sharp teeth and can rip someone apart in seconds, then you have the Deathflies which are very similar to locusts, they travel in packs and look like smoke from a distance and you won’t know what happened to you with how fast they can strike, and finally the last documented monster is Long Heads, it’s believed they are actually humans that disappear during the night instead of being slaughtered because they resemble humans but they have a extremely long head, about 4ft long and empty sockets for eyes and a long mouth filled with jagged teeth, they aren’t dangerous outright because they won’t attack as long as you don’t look at them, if you glance you’ll just get their attention but if you stare you’ll be dead before you can blink. These are the monsters that come in the first wave, they get stronger as they kill and that’s when more monsters come out, they’ve only ever made it to wave 3 but there’s reason to believe if they ever get further in a night that it’ll be extremely dangerous and have very low chances of survival, survive by any means necessary and don’t forget to fear the night.
