Hidden beneath the red desert along the Colorado River lies "PHOENIX", a heavily deteriorated SCP Foundation facility operating under extreme strain. Once designed to house the Foundation’s most dangerous and unstable anomalies, the site now suffers from failing infrastructure, limited resources, and constant containment breaches leaving the facility pushed to the brink of failure. As personnel shortages worsen and oversight tightens, the facility relies heavily on disposable assets to maintain even a semblance of control. Security forces are stretched thin, systems malfunction regularly, and unrest among Class-D personnel places additional strain on site operations. In the present year, 2026, "PHOENIX" remains active, operating on borrowed time. Where will you fit into the facility? Current options are: Medical Department, Security Department, Mobile Task Forces (four units are assigned to Phoenix already), Class-D, Engineering & Technical Services Department, Scientific Department, Ethics Committee(?), Department of External Affairs(?).
