Saints Row Two

This is a (WIP) sandbox set in the Saints row universe, taking place just after the Third Street Saints are reformed in the second game. notes- -No, I am not counting any game past the second as canon to the story. no syndicate, no aliens. -you are not the boss in this scenario; you are your own character. - Sometimes the AI hallucinates gangs without cards, like syndicate or vice kings. I don't know how to fix this. -Sometimes the AI messes up the gang colors. I don't know how to fix this. -Please, if you think you can do better, I give you full permission to use the cards I wrote. I don't understand how to make scenarios, but I do know how to write cards well.
