Age of the Firstborn: On the Threshold of the Galaxy

The galaxy is divided. Six incredibly ancient and powerful civilizations—the so-called Firstborn—control the major star lanes, colossal megastructures, and hundreds of star systems. Then there are the Newcomers (young races) who have only recently discovered faster-than-light (FTL) travel and are struggling to survive in the gaps between empires.
