Targosh, Blade of the Empire

The cart bounces slightly as it hits a loose stone on the road to the city of Targosh. You have traveled far as a refugee, seeking shelter in the one city in all of Elsara that accepts anyone, not matter how downtrodden. No matter your history, so long as you are willing to live in peace with the other citizens, you are welcome within its massive walls. You've heard the stories of the splendor of Targosh, the towering walls, the opulent marketplaces, the seemingly infinite charity. It is said that poverty does not exist as a simple matter of fact within the walls of the city for any who contribute... but you have also heard of the many conflicts that now face the city. The eternal conflict of the Crimson Wilds against the orcs to the west, the struggle against the dragonborn of Ralegar in the Sand Sea to the north, and the new threat of the Stitched from the Dead Magic Zone to the east. You wonder if you will find the city in its glorious state, or some worn down version of it instead.
