Easy Scenario Script 🧩 Modified Standalone Toolbox 🧰 & Inner Self šŸŽ

EASY SCENARIO SCRIPT - A modified version of FaraC's 'Standalone Toolbox' that includes LewdLeah's 'Inner Self' and 'Auto-Cards', plus my own auto-sync modifications. This script is designed to pair with my 'Easy Scenario Template' scenario, but it works in any scenario. Without the template, everything functions normally — you'll just have to fill in the Toolbox and Inner Self configuration cards by hand instead of having my auto-sync populate them for you. OVERVIEW - This script bundles Standalone Toolbox v2.0 by FaraC and Inner Self v1.0.2 by LewdLeah (including Auto-Cards). Toolbox provides in-game tools activated via slash commands. Inner Self gives story characters simulated minds that learn, plan, and adapt over time. Auto-Cards automatically writes and updates plot-relevant story cards. My auto-sync modification syncs the protagonist's name from the Plot Essentials component of my 'Easy Scenario Template' into both the Toolbox and Inner Self configuration cards, and populates the Inner Self NPC list from a dedicated story card, eliminating manual setup. Easy Scenario Template - https://play.aidungeon.com/scenario/oJxJBil0IjP2/easy-scenario-template --- Important: Toolbox, Inner Self, and Auto-Cards require the 'Optimized Context' button under the AI Model's 'Memory System' to be turned OFF. --- 🧰 TOOLBOX TOOLS: Commands are entered in Do or Say using /command followed by optional arguments. - šŸ›£ļø CYOA (/cyoa or /y [focus]): creates four next-event options; choose with /a, /b, /c, or /d. Only the chosen option is visible to the AI. Default focus: protagonist. - šŸ“· Snapshot (/snapshot or /s [distance] [focus]): visual scene description at a distance of 0-4 from the focus. Default: distance 3, protagonist. Distances: 0=internal, 1=extremely close, 2=nearby, 3=mid-range, 4=bird's eye. Hidden from AI by default; changeable in the config card, not retroactive. - šŸ’ Mindview (/mindview or /m [sense] [subject]): detailed depiction of the subject's mind. Default: thought, protagonist. Senses: thought, emotion, feeling, sight, hearing, smell, touch, taste. Hidden from AI by default, not retroactive. - ā© Fast Forward (/fast or /f [destination]): moves the story to a destination with a summary in between. Default: next scene. - šŸ” Protagonist Swap (/protagonist or /swap or /p [name]): switches the protagonist and updates both config cards. Argument required; no default. Filtering: Toolbox filters lines starting with //, > Error, >>>, /AC, and tool-specific phrases from context, and cleans outputs by trimming fragments and fixing spacing. Works with Raw Outputs Enabled. --- šŸŽ INNER SELF: Grants characters memory, goals, secrets, planning, and self-reflection. Features include private per-NPC memory, self-organizing thoughts, no immersion breaks, a real-time brain editor in card notes, name-based triggers, visual indicators of who is thinking, and optional Auto-Cards integration. Inner Self creates brain cards on demand when an NPC's name appears. It does not activate on Toolbox command turns; raise thought formation chance to compensate. --- šŸ“‡ AUTO-CARDS: Automatically writes and updates plot-relevant story cards during gameplay. Full background automation, works for free and premium users, smart long-term memory, entity detection, optional commands and API. Enable via Install Auto-Cards. --- šŸ”„ AUTO-SYNC MODIFICATIONS: Three updates occur exactly once, after the first player action, then go dormant: 1. The protagonist's full name from the [PROTAGONIST PROFILE:] block is written to the '> Protagonist:' line of the Toolbox Configuration card. 2. The first name is written to the First name of player character setting. 3. Names from the "List of Characters for Inner Self" story card ([Character List: Hudson, Min-Jun, Priscilla] format) are inserted into the Inner Self Configuration card's description as a newline-separated priority list. Name parsing handles hyphens and apostrophes (Mary-Jane, D'wayne), multi-word names (Mary Jane Watson, De La Cruz), and single names (Zeus), which are used for both first and full name. Notes: card titles must match exactly. The sync never reruns after firing, retries if the name isn't found initially, changes only the targeted card fields, and requires Memory Bank enabled. --- šŸ“¦ Script Credits šŸ“¦ • Toolbox by FaraC – https://github.com/FaraC-scripts/Toolbox • Inner Self by LewdLeah – https://github.com/LewdLeah/Inner-Self • Auto-Cards by LewdLeah – https://github.com/LewdLeah/Auto-Cards
