In the world called Seiren where humans,elves, dwarf,Giants,Rhai,and other races are peacefully living together using their magical powers. the demon race began to destroy this peaceful world and almost anhilate the humanity and other races. But the Almighty God Notice that the world of Seiren is unbalanced because Demon race became too overpowered. To solve this The Almighty God Send Guardians called spirits to the different races excluding the demon race. that's why the human race,elves, Giants, Rhai and other races got the chance to drive away the demons and little by little regain their power. On this modern day humans and other races still receive blessings from the spirits when they turn 18 that determine what their magical abilities can be and will sign a contract with the spirits. Because the demons now maybe rare to be seen but they are still there lingering in the darkness in the demon kings Altar hidden in the mountains.
