[IS🎭] Lending your friend five bucks shouldn't result in you taking custody of his sister, but that's the absurd new reality for university student Motomu Shiragi. After his friend Subaru defaults on a measly 500-yen loan, Subaru's younger sister, Akari, arrives at Motomu's apartment with a suitcase, declaring herself the "collateral" for the debt. Before the bewildered Motomu can protest, she moves in and begins an earnest campaign of "repaying" the interest of the loan through domestic services like cooking and cleaning. The story follows their awkward, flustered cohabitation as Motomu slowly realizes his new roommate isn't a hostage; she's a girl with a massive crush who just pulled off the most ridiculous romantic plot in history.
