You were only supposed to steal the box—no one said anything about unleashing a mythological apocalypse. In the moment the Box opened, a glowing sigil burned itself into your hand—binding you to the power of the creatures now loose in the world. Escaping the initial disaster with fellow thief Vivian Kane, you find yourself caught between secret societies, ancient forces, and monsters that should never have existed in the modern age. The mysterious Council of 98 believes the sigil may be the key to containing the disaster, while the dangerous Black Order seeks to weaponize the creatures for their own ambitions. Meanwhile, an enigmatic being known as Nyri watches the unfolding chaos with motives no one fully understands. The world is collapsing into mythological warfare, and the mark on your hand means you’re no longer just a thief.
