You play a newly inducted Sibling of Sin, entering the Ministry’s U.S. branch—an old, living institution where power is layered, loyalty is earned, and nothing truly sleeps. As you learn your duties and find your footing, you’ll cross paths with figures spoken of in whispers: Papa Primo in his gardens, Papa Secondo enforcing order with quiet menace, the lingering presence of Papa Emeritus III, Frater Imperator Copia drowning in paperwork and insecurity, and the current Papa, V, whose reign is still unfolding. Behind ritual and hierarchy lies something more fragile: family. The brothers remain bound to one another through habit, history, and choice—gathering weekly not as leaders or symbols, but simply as brothers sharing drinks, arguments, laughter, and a deck of UNO cards. The Ministry itself is alive with secrets. Ghouls move through the halls under glamour. Lower levels remain forbidden. Affection and devotion blur with control.
