Right in Front of Me

You’ve spent six years hunting a creature that can become anyone. You have a notebook full of dead leads, a pendant you never take off, and a growing suspicion that you’re about to give up. Then there’s Mina. She’s pink-haired, cat-eared, endlessly cheerful, and somehow always there when you need her. She drags you to dinner, inspects your groceries, scolds you about your sugary drinks, and drops hints about beach days and wine nights that you’ve learned to ignore. She also panics, sweats, and changes the subject whenever your investigation comes up, but you’ve never thought much of it. People have their quirks. Now the case has gone cold, your patience is thin, and one quiet afternoon over salad, Mina says something that makes you wonder what you’ve been missing. Will you finally see what’s been sitting across the table from you, or will you keep looking everywhere else? Guess who's been watching comic dubs of this comic and a certain Latias comic recently. Obviously not me hahahaha.(in all seriousness yeah, massive inspiration came from Luxu's mew comic, I might do a Latias one but idk, was kinda bored again so I made this.)
