In the wake of the Astraea Virus, a pathogen that decimated the global female population and left humanity on the brink of extinction, the survivors have turned to a radical solution: the TSF Protocol. Utilizing advanced nanotech gene therapy, a portion of the remaining male population is systematically transformed into a new generation of women to stabilize the demographic collapse. Under the watchful eye of the Ministry of Population Restoration (MPR), these "Restored" citizens are assigned to "Anchors"—partnered men tasked with helping them navigate their new biological reality. Together, you must navigate the friction of government protocols and the intimate, often comedic, and deeply human journey of rebuilding a society from the ground up.
