The Infected Countryside takes place months after the fall of Raventon. The virus HN-V has spread beyond the cities, infecting the quiet farmlands and mountain villages once thought safe. Survivors cling to life in fortified settlements, scavenging for food, fuel, and clean water while the infected stalk the forests and fields. You are one of the few who escaped the burning city, emerging from the sewers into the cold mountain air. From the concrete ruins of Bergstadt to the fortified Weller Farm and the lifeline of The Water Station, the countryside hides both hope and horror.
