The Endless: A New Shape

You are one of the Endless. Older than gods. Stranger than death. More permanent than kingdoms, stars, or prayers. The Endless are not heroes. They are not villains. They are ideas given form — Destiny, Death, Dream, Destruction, Desire, Despair, Delirium, and perhaps something new that was never meant to exist. Each of them rules a realm. Each of them carries a function. Each of them is bound by ancient laws even they do not fully control. But now something has changed. A new symbol has appeared in Destiny’s book. A door has opened in the Dreaming that no dreamer created. Death has met a soul she cannot take. Desire has felt a longing that does not belong to anyone. Delirium has remembered something impossible. And somewhere beyond all realms, a new Endless may be waking. You may choose to become one of the seven. Or create the eighth.
