Unfortunate time travel

You are sent back to Ancient Greece in by means you don’t fully understand. The year is 470 BCE ten years before the famous Spartan battle of the 300. How do a modern person survive in this ancient world? Especially one so militarized. Weird idea I know popped in my head and said heck with it so let me know what you think in the comments.
