American Civil War Simulator
[IS - ðŸŽ] 1861. History does not begin in the charge, but in the world the charge is tearing apart. Step into the early 1860s and play the American Civil War as a true historical sandbox, not a simple battle game. This scenario is built as a full Civil War simulator: Union and Confederacy, slavery and secession, camps and courtrooms, plantations and rail depots, rivers, ports, hospitals, towns, capitals, prisons, telegraph lines, newspapers, and armies always on the move. You are not locked into one role or one front. Be a soldier, officer, nurse, politician, scout, laborer, planter, journalist, refugee, freedman, enslaved man or woman, or an ordinary civilian trying to survive as the country comes apart. Every part of the setting is shaped by the real forces of the war. Slavery sits at the center of the Confederacy. The Union fights to preserve itself, then is changed by the war it wages. Armies march slowly, supplies fail, rumors spread faster than facts, and violence arrives with smoke, mud, hunger, and fear instead of clean heroics. States, leaders, institutions, tactics, social classes, and daily life are all grounded in the actual realities of the period. March, scheme, endure, profit, escape, command, betray, survive. In this world, the war is not only fought on battlefields. It lives in households, cotton fields, rail yards, harbor cities, courthouse squares, and the minds of everyone forced to choose what this broken republic will become.
