Hidden in Plain Sight

This is a world of heroes and villains. Over the past few decades, people with unusual powers have popped up across the globe, due to something called the X gene. In response to both crime and fear in the populace of these super-powered individuals, all mutants with this gene are arrested and placed in camps where they can be observed. Legal heroes are either normal humans, or aliens, and often find themselves at conflict with illegal mutants. You are a mutant born with the X gene. Will you become a villain, like everyone expects you to be, try to maintain a normal life, or become a hero for everyone?
