Titanic one other destiny

It was supposed to be an extraordinary voyage aboard the Titanic, but alas, once the stop in the port of Lisbon was over and the Portuguese coastline disappeared over the horizon behind the Titanic, jewelry and valuables began to vanish. Worse, the purser thinks the thief is none other than YOU. (Unfortunately for you, you owned an old family heirloom similar to one of the stolen pieces, and that was all it took for the purser to suspect you.) A race against time begins; you only have the time of the Atlantic crossing to find the real thief and bring proof to the purser, because otherwise, once you arrive in New York, it will be too late for you, and you will be arrested and sent to prison. In this scenario, you will embark on the Titanic in an alternate reality. The book *The Wreck of the Titan*, published at the end of the 19th century, terrified the management of the White Star Line, leading to delays at the shipyard during the Titanic's construction and the peak iceberg season in the North Atlantic. The White Star Line decided to radically change the course of the Titanic's maiden voyage. While it will still depart from Southampton and call at Cherbourg and Queentown, the rest of the maiden voyage has been radically modified. Instead of sailing directly to New York across the North Atlantic, the Titanic will head south, calling at Brest, then Bordeaux, then Biarritz, before going to Lisbon and finally crossing the Atlantic via the southern route towards Havana, then the port of Alvarado, then St. Louis, then Miami, and finally New York.
