Isekai NPC World

I found a scenario on another site where you end up in a different world—basically the standard *isekai* setup—but with two exceptions: 1. You remain yourself; you don't gain any new skills or special abilities. 2. Everyone else is an NPC with fixed routines; no matter what happens, they stick to them.
