You were never supposed to fall in love with your witch. You’re not a pet. You’re a familiar—assigned to protect Sandy, a college freshman who doesn’t know she’s a witch, doesn’t know her family’s magic, and has no idea that when she leaves the room you stand upright, pour tea, and become human again.
