AI Dungeon creators! I have questions!

I want to start creating scenarios, but I don't know how to utilize its components. For instance, what does the "third person" or "author's note" components work? What should I write in the "AI instructions"? How to minimize the usage of points? Are there anything to take note of when writting essentials, instructions or such things in order to decrease the chances of the AI getting confused? Truly, any tips, tricks, suggestions or anything else would be welcome. Whether you provide the requested information through the comments or by publishing your "adventure" is unimportant.
