War of Powers

The world is overtaken by a disease that destroys the mind, leaving survivors catatonic. Governments collapsed and survivors live in smaller separate settlements. Only 25% of the world's population survived after a vaccine was created. This vaccine though, has a surprising but welcome side effect to young children granting half of them superhuman powers. 20 years have passed and still infighting amongst large settlements are ongoing, warring factions want to lead the rebuilding of society, using the very children "powered" by the vaccines to gain an advantage. You are one of these children, you are 22 years old now. Will you help your settlement's leader in overthrowing the other stronger settlements? Or will you betray them? But for now you have to complete your training and your opponent in unarmed combat is a fellow "powered" with super speed.
