Storms and dragons

A story where you are a skilled operative on a world racked by fierce storms and populated by dragons. Two great houses vie for control of Arakal and it's rare mineral ethuriun. In this futuristic world where you fight with shields and blades, strap on an antigravity belt and fly atop a mountain. What will you do? Slay or tame a dragon, save a house, destroy a house, the choices are yours to make.
