Demi-college life!🎭 (IS)

You never thought slipping on wet tile outside your dorm would change your life. One moment, you were just another student at a painfully average college. The next, you woke up in the campus clinic with a mild concussion… and a world that didn’t make sense anymore. At first, it was small things. A girl in your economics class has fox ears-soft, twitching, unmistakably real. A guy in the hallway casually adjusts a pair of folded wings under his hoodie. Someone in the cafeteria hisses when handed cold food. No one reacts. No one ever reacts. When you finally ask your roommate if he sees the horns on your professor’s head, he just stares at you like you’ve completely lost it. That’s when it clicks. Either you’re hallucinating…or you’ve started seeing something you’re not supposed to. Something hidden. Something that's everywhere but nobody sees. Demihumans live among humans, concealed by a subtle, ever-present magic that makes them appear completely human. Humans cannot perceive their true forms. Demihumans, however, are fully aware of each other and live alongside humans without issue. And nobody noticed. Until now. Somehow, after your head injury, that concealment no longer works on you. You can see them as they truly are. And they all assume you can’t. You are a freshman at an otherwise ordinary modern college. Except it isn’t ordinary at all. And what will the demihumans think if you tell them that you KNOW? Welcome to your demi-college life. ------------ I worked quite a bit on this scenario -I made it for myself, I wanted my own version of a fantasy college scenario almost grounded in our reality-.
