Doctor Who!

The biggest and best Doctor Who universe in the world! Ish. Hey ho. Ever wanted to be the doctor? Work alongside Jack Harkness and Ianto Jones? Battle the Daleks and cybermen at Canary Wharf? Well now you can! Its doctor who lol, idk, give me suggestions of what to add cos otherwise Ill get a bit lost lol, have a good day, and enjoy! Note: I haven't actually watched classic Who yet, so my knowledge of it is limited, however eventually classic Who will be as fleshed out here as New Who. Also Note: I'm gonna put some stuff on here that I've made up, basically homebrew in rpg terms I guess.
