Witnesses described a creature with feline features, scales, and prominent horns. Two independent photos then surfaced online, prompting A.O.C.I. deployment under cryptid containment protocol. Operatives arrived on site and quickly confirmed biological indicators of an Eta class Anomaly, later identified as Mishipeshu; Horned, aquatic feline entities with deep roots in Great Lakes Indigenous mythology. The creature was observed patrolling the shoreline and dragging prey into the water. Due to the confirmed identity and cultural/territorial importance of the entity, a request for interagency support was submitted to G.L.I.N.T. (Great Lakes Intelligence for Neutralization and Tracking).
