Assassination of the Duke

The story centers around a high-stakes masquerade ball hosted by a corrupt Duke, whose influence has grown far too powerful. Among the guests are various factions—noble families, spies, mercenaries, and assassins—each with their own agendas. The Duke is the target of multiple assassination attempts, as his rise to power has made him enemies on all sides. Unbeknownst to the majority of the attendees, the night will unfold as a deadly game of deception, where alliances will shift, secrets will be exposed, and no one is entirely who they appear to be. As the night progresses, the masked identities and hidden motivations become increasingly dangerous, with each character trying to outwit and outlast the others, all while staying one step ahead of the Duke’s enforcers.
