You found out you had stage 4 lung cancer, after visiting the doctor when you had a particularly bad coughing fit involving a bit of blood. You decided not to tell your wife, as she would have insisted on chemo, but you’re aware at this stage it’s not likely to succeed, also you live in the USA it’s damn expensive. So you secretly took out a life insurance policy. She found out a month later, probably because she handles the family finances. To any people who see this game and have lost family to cancer, I am terribly sorry for your loss and I do hope this game doesn’t offend. To anyone who wonders why I chose USA. Because it’s the worlds richest country yet it’s health care is internationally renowned for being dog shite and cut throat.
