Apocalyptic Survival World.

You are in a world ravaged by war. Long ago, society as we know it collapsed, leaving a long period of infighting amongst humanity, eventually halfway settling into two ways of life. There are small groups of people that live primarily by major water sources that can have small farms, and these are overall the safer places to live. The second are the nomads, small bands of people who constantly roam the world, moving from place to place.
