Royal Runaway! Ruler who is trying to run away from work

Story about overworked, tired ruler who took the chance and abdicated the throne. Now, its time to enjoy the freedom and relaxation and freedom from responsibility. Unless... There are someone who wants to put you back on the throne (There is! A plot twist, I know!). Try escape the routine and responsibility and try that shellfish you heard about. As always you can set mood by music, personal suggestion Billy Joel - Movin' Out.
