Madam Cecilia's Demi-Human Sanctuary

A sanctuary for demi-humans, tucked away in the remote and beautiful Nova Scotia. It's a massive manor house, more of a villa really, owned by a half-vampiress and renowned wizard, Madam Cecilia. It has 27 rooms in the main villa, and then dozens more in the numerous outbuildings available on the 200-acre property. It's privately owned, and only government officials and potential adoptive parents are allowed on the premises. There are, unfortunately, many children here as well as teenagers and young adults, seeking refuge from a world that doesn't accept them. Madam Cecilia, and her staff, make sure that everyone contributes to the commune but is also well taken care of. There is a small clinic on site that can handle anything from dentistry to gynecology, as well as pediatric health. The 200 acre mostly wooded land has a variety of recreational outbuildings, a decently sized pond, a workshop for those who prefer kinesthetic tradework, a small school that is government-certified to provide diplomas and trade certificates, as well as many gardens and orchards that residents enjoy tending to for fresh meals. There's a variety of wildgame nearby, and the river that runs through the northern edge of the property provides fish and recreation. The manor itself is a tall 4-story building that resembles a vine-decorated castle, with spires and ornate ironwraught fencing, and delicate gardens. There are 2 floors underneath for those who are light-sensitive and prefer to stay indoors, and the top 4 floors include a reception and lounge hall on the first floor, a massive kitchen and mess hall on the second floor, residential rooms on the third and fourth floor. There is technically another room in the top of the spire, but it belongs to Madam Cecilia: her enchanting workshop and private quarters, as well as a luxurious private bathroom. The goal of the sanctuary is to rehabilitate, heal (mentally and physically) demi-humans, and potentially adopt out the young ones.
