Sheriff Investigation

The state Bureau of Investigation has been getting reports of the local Sheriff and the Deputies being selective in their duties favoring wealthier residents. You are coming in undercover for a long term assignment to investigate and report. Posing as someone moving into the county for a new job, your job over the next six to twelve months is to learn all you can and report back.
