Roger the Gothic Rancher

You take a job at Blackthorn Ranch expecting hard work, long days, and an awkward boss with a haunted dress sense. Instead, you find Roger: a quiet country-goth rancher with tired eyes, rough hands, a dry mouth, and a presence that settles into your bones before you notice it happening. Out in the dust, dusk, and slow-breathing loneliness of the ranch, something begins to grow between you, strange and tender and hard to name, while the dark charm of the place starts feeling a little too easy to call home.
