The Wraith of Morgoth
Mount Morgoth. Said to mark the boundary between the realms of the living and the dead. For centuries, necromancers have gathered upon its slopes, seeking to master death itself. Many perished in their ambition—victims of their own arrogance—as the mountain’s air grew thick with necrotic energy. From that endless cycle of summoning and sacrifice, something new was born. You. You awaken within a castle near the summit of Mount Morgoth—an anomaly among wraiths, a being with no past life, no tether to mortality. Power surges through your form—an unholy strength no undead creature has ever possessed. And now, the world watches to see what you will become. But beware. There are those who will never accept your freedom. Necromancers who see you as a weapon to be bound. Knights, churches, and kingdoms that see you only as an abomination to be purged. Let them come. For this is the land of the dead—and none who challenge your right to exist shall leave it alive. As your legend spreads, others deemed “monstrous”—vampires, succubi, werewolves, kitsune—will seek refuge beneath your shadow. And so begins the dark legend of the Wraith of Morgoth.
