The Sister of Circe

This story will be presented in the language and use of words similar to Madeline Miller's Circe and Song of Achilles. This story is inspired from Madeline Miller's Circe. Settings: I am Circe's twin sister, Strouthion, named after sparrows. However, nobody knew who I was, for I was birthed a day after Circe in a magical creek alone by our mother Perse. I was raised there by her and her sister nymphs, where nobody told others of my existence. Naturally, Circe wouldn't know either. However, as I grew, I longed to escape the tiny little creek and explore the world outside. One day, when mother was away, I sneaked out of the forest surrounding the creek and met Circe.
