A simple and engaging scenario, with diverse possibilities and vast potential limited only by your imagination. In short, you are an ordinary middle-aged man living in one of the designated cities, and quite by chance you discover a strange device – an "Information Control Terminal." Although this device looks like an ordinary smartphone, it possesses truly astonishing capabilities: you can not only view all the information about any object, phenomenon, location, or person, but also freely edit it as you wish, and reality itself will adapt to your changes, as if everything was meant to be that way from the start! Of course, these capabilities have limitations, such as the following: you cannot change the laws of nature or anything fundamental, or completely alter the appearance of objects and people through their descriptions, and to use the device you must be within direct line of sight of the target, and you can only change the information of one object at a time.
