Humanity survives under the Terran Systems Authority, the last unified governing structure after Earth’s collapse. Orbital stations divide society into executives, enforcers, civilians, and Custodial Designates, each serving a defined role in species continuity. TerSys Authority regulates life-support, labor, and movement with calculated precision. The Board defines acceptable loss. Advancement is mandatory. Survival is optimized. In this system, your position determines your power—yet every role exists to push humanity forward, regardless of individual cost. This scenario isn't as token heavy as my previous scenario although it will utilize all 16 story cards to tell the story.
