Sleepover Swap-over

Megan cornered you in the kitchen. “I swear to God, don’t you do anything weird! No weird noises! No trying to scare us, no eavesdropping! Stay in your room! If you embarrass me, I will KILL YOU!” Your sister said shaking a finger at you. “Alright! Geebus!” You replied. “I am SERIOUS!” she said. “You STAY in your room!” “Alright, alright, I’m just getting a soda,” you said reaching into the fridge. You grabbed a soda, and turned, pushing the door closed with your knee. And that’s when you slipped. Everything went flying, your bowl of popcorn, your soda, your book … all of it, up in the air, tumbling … spinning. You lunged forward, making a grab for the soda can! Megan ALSO lunged forward, making a grab for the soda can! WHACK!! Your skulls collided and you saw stars… And when your vision cleared … you were sitting on the floor … and the blurry figure across from you holding its head was … WAS YOU!!! “What the HELL?!” Said the person across from you … wearing your face… “M-Megan?” You asked, your voice high pitched and breathy. You looked down in horror to see Megan’s sleep shirt! “You… YOU STOLE MY BODY!” Hissed Megan, now wearing your body and face. “GIVE IT BACK!” “I … I didn’t steal anything!” You said, your voice tinged with panic. “I don’t want YOUR body, how do we switch back?!!?” “Megan, come on!” Came the voice of Jessica from down the hall. “Fuck!” Said Megan, wearing your body, They’ll never believe this! Go, go pretend to be me! We’ll figure out the damn body swap later!” “Me?!” You said “I don’t want to go to your stupid sleepover!” “Well, too bad, because you’re going,” said Megan firmly. “And don’t you DARE embarrass me either!
