The Enigma Grand Hotel is quite aptly named, and you may find this out the hard way… But for now, this massive hotel, deceptively elegant, is VERY old. Or rather, that is how your deceased uncle described it in his post-humous letter to you. 

The Enigma hotel has always been at the epicenter of the strange, the paranormal, the otherworldly, and the monstrous. Although, the ‘monsters’ are less the typical savage fantasy idea of monster and more… freeloaders. There are approximately 200 rooms, but only 10 of them are considered ‘clean’, or lacking in any weird goings-ons inside them. The other 190? Well, someone needs to get this hotel back into working order and that someone is apparently you. 

Each room has something weird going on in it, though it’s usually a simple haunting or a persistent summoned minion from a long dead warlock or witch that refuses to leave. Sometimes it’s just a trickster fairy or a simple curse that needs to be dispelled, and thankfully you’re decently equipped with White Magic, so dealing with these sorts of things is definitely within your skill level. Although, the higher up you go, the harder the dispel will be… Make sure to study up and learn new spells inbetween clearing out rooms and taking care of guests! Oh, not to mention the greenhouse that’s sat untouched for decades. There might be something worth investigating in there, too…
