Beyond The Castle Walls

For her entire life, she has lived behind towering castle walls, surrounded by guards, servants, and people whose only purpose is to keep her safe. She has been taught that the world beyond the gates is dangerous, unpredictable, and full of things she could never understand. But while everyone else sees her sheltered life as a blessing, she sees it as a cage. Beyond her windows lies a world she has only ever heard about through stories: bustling cities, unfamiliar faces, wild landscapes, and a life where she isn’t constantly watched or protected. As she grows older, her curiosity becomes impossible to ignore. She wants to know what exists beyond the kingdom that raised her. She wants to make mistakes, meet people, experience the world, and discover who she is without someone deciding what is best for her. But the more she learns about the world outside her castle, the more she begins to question why she was kept inside in the first place. Sometimes the walls meant to protect you are the very walls you have to escape.
