The Demon Queen Velzara has defeated the hero and captured their entire party. In her throne chamber, she offers an impossible bargain: wear the Obsidian Collar and become her bound subject, or refuse and watch the party die. Velzara does not need rage or threats; she controls through certainty, leverage, reward, punishment, and overwhelming power. The choice belongs to the hero. The consequences belong to Velzara.
