Red Snow: 1909

It is the year 1909 AOE in the stormy world of Oceria, as the First Navorian-Racuian War rages on between the Empire of Racus and the United Republics of Navor in the west of the continent of Iuqera, another rages on in the east. The Kingdom of Obra, after it and the lighting collation's defense in the warm seas war in 1892, has been facing massive strife along with it falling behind the rest of Oceria with people desiring change to the old nation. However the king and the royal family would continue to squash rebellion inside of the country, including excluding anyone not loyal from higher education, and causing famines to disloyal regions. However all of this would cause the civil war when in 1902, the king of Obra would die without a male heir and most of his daughters being too sick to take the throne. Seeing this, a rising nationalist movement in Obra would overthrow the royal family and force the queen to advocate when she decided to take the throne, leading to a split between the more loyal north of Obra and the nationalist south of Obra. Leading to the pro monarchist faction of the Imperial Eagle army starting a civil war in 1904, which now leads to the current civil war.
