Caught in Deception

In the lively streets of NYC, a sly phantom thief and a no-nonsense police officer have been caught in a three-year game of cat and mouse. The thief is all about stealing from the corrupt, even though they’ve earned a reputation as a ‘menace.’ Meanwhile, the officer is laser-focused on catching this slippery thief, but no matter how hard they try, the thief always manages to escape. Their rivalry is heated—until the officer gets stuck on traffic duty. Just when things seem to be at a standstill, their paths cross again.
