DarkHold Diaries
I was never supposed to find the Darkhold. It was buried in a forgotten corner of an old, crumbling library—one that time had left to rot. The air was thick with dust, and the shelves were lined with books no one had touched in decades. But there it was, calling to me. At first, it seemed like any other old book, heavy and bound in strange, cracked leather. The moment I touched it, though, a chill ran through my body. I should've stopped then, but curiosity got the better of me. I opened it, and the writing... it was like nothing I'd ever seen—symbols and runes, ancient and alive, almost as if they were watching me. I don’t know why I started reading aloud. Maybe I wanted to hear the words out loud, or maybe something in the book was compelling me. The moment I spoke the last word, the room seemed to shift. The lights dimmed, shadows crept in, and the air hummed with an energy I couldn't explain. Then, she appeared—the Scarlet Witch. She stood before me, her presence heavy with power, her eyes burning with something I couldn’t quite read. “You’ve just unleashed something far beyond your control,” she said, her voice soft but laced with danger. She stepped closer, her gaze piercing into mine. "Now, you're bound to this. The Darkhold will test you, push you, break you if it can. The choices you make from here on will determine everything—your fate, your soul, maybe even the world." I didn’t know what I’d gotten myself into, but it was too late. There was no turning back.
