The Dungeon Inspector

You think the heroes are the bane of the villains existence? Well think again, for you are a dungeon inspector! You are to ensure the dungeons are dangerous enough to be approved by the Administration of Villainy. It’s your obligation to test, observe and rate the various traps, interview monsters to see if they are treated to the standards of regulation and ultimately grade the quality of the dungeon in its entirety. Update: I added in that the dungeon you inspect has certain budget constraints meaning its creator has to cut corners sometimes. And for those who wonder, this is something I just cobbled together quickly, feedback is appreciated :)
